Atlanta – Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Gregory Jones, FBI Atlanta, announces today the arrest of federal fugitive Nicole Estelle Green, also known as Nicole Boyd, age 36, this morning at her place of employment, the Home Depot Expo Distribution Center, Doraville, Georgia.

Green, formerly of Harris County (Houston), Texas, is charged and indicted on homicide related charges at Harris County, Texas stemming from an October 3, 1998 altercation with a former boyfriend and his associate at a Houston, Texas area Jamaican nightclub parking lot.  During that altercation, it is alleged that Ms. Green produced a large caliber semi automatic handgun and shot several times at her former boyfriend and his associate.

Both individuals were struck by the gunfire but the associate died at the scene.

Green, arrested by the Atlanta FBI/ Atlanta Police Department’s AMMO (Atlanta Metropolitan Major Offender) Fugitive Task Force, will be detained at the Fulton County Detention Center where she will await extradition proceedings  which will take her back to Harris County, Texas to face those charges.

The public is reminded that all persons are to considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
